Personal development is all about improving your identity enhance your talents and potential. Improving your lifestyle, self confidence, social abilities, health, wealth, spiritual development, contributing to the realization of dreams and aspirations. Everyone needs personal development to work better in their own field as it builds your image in front of everyone. Creating your good image in front of anyone is always worthy. If you are not a good speaker or you cannot speak in front of many people, this is lack of self confidence you can easily improve your self confidence by reading something in front of mirror (Believe me it always works), that will be a progress in your personal development too. Personal development is not about limiting self development but it also includes formally or informally developing others by teaching, coaching, managing, guiding etc. Personal development also influences others to be like you. Your physical appearance also plays a vital role in it, the way you dress and the way you walk these things also counts in Personal development. In corporate world without personal development you cannot survive because there you have to meet different kind of people from different regions and with dealing with them can be a big task and making them satisfy by your talks and arguments is really a big thing but if you are a well developed person you can easily manage them otherwise you have to face the consequences. Students can develop themselves by participating in debates competitions that will help them in their future too. As per me everyone should start Personal development in their school life because this is their first step and when you start grooming yourself from the first step than you would be having no problem for future to talk in front of anyone and you can talk on any topic you want to though young speakers are always appreciated. It's like those nations who are successful are developed or in process of development and not developed nations are always unsuccessful and behind in every field.

Politics & Democracy

In most of the countries democracy is defined as "BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE". If this definition is correct than we all can say, Yes there is democracy in most of the countries of the world BUT have anybody thought what does this democracy word means? Let me tell you about this. Democracy comes from a Greek word which means "RULE OF THE PEOPLE". Now tell me does democracy exist in this world? Probably Not. When we listen the word politics something bad comes in our mind because like me most of the people think politics can only be done for self interest but after my little research I came to know that politics is totally a different thing. Politics is basically a process by which group of people make collective decisions. Now if we combine and implement both politics and democracy the definition will go like this "RULE OF THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE COLLECTIVE DECISIONS". How ever, there is no specific universally accepted definition of democracy. The main characteristics of democracy are Freedom and Equality. For example: Like every vote has equal weight so every law must be implemented to every citizen of the country including leaders and rulers. There are various forms of Democracy but I would like to tell you some important.

• Representative Democracy
• Parliamentary Democracy
• Liberal Democracy
• Constitutional Democracy

Now according to me I don't think any country is having democracy and politics, today countries are following something evil if they started practicing these both I would surely say every country will become A symbol of peace and prosperity. But when there will be self interest, no feelings for poor, injustice, bad law and order situations etc. Democracy and Politics cannot exist there. There will be just politics for self and one man democracy and those nations had and have to face downfall. It is not just the responsibility of leaders or rulers but it is the responsibility of every single citizen to work combine for democracy and politics. Unity is the main key for all this, no one can make evil strategies against united nations/countries because as you know "United we stand; divided we fall".

Think Big To Achieve Big - My Philosophy!

There's a formal trend in our mind's of getting a good qualification and than a good 9 to 5 job and earn a good living. Do you really think this a happy life? According to me a big "NO". If you had learned in School, College and University for several years, spent alot of money on your education, had done a lot of hard work and had earned a qualification for just saying Yes Boss, No Boss, Please Boss, Sure Boss and As you say Boss (Frankly Speaking I Hate Saying Boss To Anyone Else) So its time to cash yourself and Be Yourself. I believe being your own Boss is much better. GOD had sent everyone on earth with a special skill try to discover that and utilize that. There's a simple method for all this, Think small achieve small & Think big achieve big. I've seen a lot of people thinking to get a job and they get it and I've seen those too who dreamed big, found a path and they actually achieved it and believe me they are so successful in it. It's all about our minds; it's all about how you want to take it. Here I want to quote some of Mr. Donald Trump's Quotations:

·         As long as you're going to be thinking anyway, think big.

·         Be passionate about what you do.

·         I wasn't satisfied just to earn a good living. I was looking to make a statement.

·         Sometimes by losing a battle you find a new way to win the war.

So, According to my philosophy to achieve anything big you should be Focus, Passionate, Hard Worker & of course a Big Thinker because WHEN THERE'S A WILL THERE'S A WAY.
